VETERANS DISABILITY BENEFITS

If you are a military veteran with a service-related disability, then you may qualify for over $3,100.00 in monthly benefits.  These benefits are paid to veterans who have injuries or diseases that happened while on active duty, or were made worse by active military service.  You do not need to be in combat when these conditions arise.

The conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan greatly increased the ranks of veterans filing disability claims. As the number of claims has increased, so have the wrongful denials and the Veterans Administrations (VA) backlog. Our network of veterans benefits attorneys have the experience to present your best case to the VA and fast track your case.

YOUR CLAIM IS IMPORTANT - DO NOT FIGHT IT ALONE

You volunteered to serve your country and you deserve someone to fight on your behalf and help you obtain the veterans disability compensation that you earned.

We will help you with all claims for disability compensation.

According to the VA, the most prevalent service-related disabilities listed by veterans who began receiving claims during 2009 were tinnitus, hearing loss, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), cervical strain, tendon inflammation, knee problems, degenerative arthritis of the spine, diabetes, scars and traumatic arthritis.

The VA has recently expanded eligibility for benefits available to Vietnam veterans for diseases related to toxic chemical exposure. The benefits are on a graduated scale, depending on the extent of disability.

If you are the widow of a veteran, two types of veterans benefits -- a pension and Dependency and Indemnity Compensation -- may be available to you. Whether you are entitled to these benefits will depend on your own financial situation, including whether you are remarried, and whether your spouse's military service caused his or her death, or led to a service-connected total disability in the 10 years before death.

If you believe that you have a service-related disability or disease and have been denied benefits, enlist an experienced veterans benefits attorney today. Please complete our online contact form and we will connect you with a law firm who can best help.
